REQUIREMENTS

1. The application form is filled in completely and signed (Form B1-84).
2. A valid passport no less than 30 (thirty) days after the visit period ends.
3. 2 (two) passport-size photographs (4×6 cm).
4. Itinerary (flight itinerary).
5. A statement or documentation confirming the purpose and length of the visit (CORPORATE SPONSORS) and proof of accommodation in South Africa such as proof of hotel bookings or invitations from the event organizer as well as proof of the legal status of the organizer in South Africa.
6. Proof of Indonesian visa status, such as a Limited Stay Permit Card / KITAS (only for foreign nationals).
7. Financial proof of Account Statement for the last 3 months with a minimum balance Rp. 50 million / person (must be legalized with original company stamp). If work is mandatory attach Bank Account used to receive salary
8. Yellow fever vaccination certificate if the applicant will travel, or have traveled from or through the yellow fever area.
9. Documents or other evidence deemed necessary by visa officials.
10. For birth certificates and marriage certificates along with family cards must be legalized translated in English
11. Supporting evidence from companies that invite in the framework of business (documents must be original or certified copy by the police in Africa) such as:
    • Financial Proof
    • Letter of invitation

Additional Documents For Business (Must Email First to: Covid19BusinessTravel@dha.gov.za as approval needs)

• A copy of passport and/or temporary residence visa;
• Proof of business activities to be undertaken in the Republic;
• Proof of travel itinerary; and
• Proof of address or accommodation in the Republic.

• The price for making a visa above must be accompanied by purchasing an air ticket or tour package according to the visa destination being made
• The processing time for making a visa starts from the time all document files are submitted to the Service Transfer Office or Embassy
