Condition

1. Passport with a validity period of more than 6 months from the date of departure + old passport

2. Photo 3.5 x 4.5 = 2 recent sheets and white background

3. A sponsorship letter from the company where you work in English consisting of the applicant’s name, passport number, job position and salary, and mentioning the purpose of the trip to Spain.

4. Latest bank reference letter stating account balances and bank statements for the last 3 months (with a bank stamp and signature of the responsible official) with a minimum balance of IDR 50 million/person.

5. Copy of Salary Slip for the last 3 months

6. Photocopy of Family Card + KTP

7. Copy of Birth Certificate

8. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate

9. Print out ticket reservation + Domestic Transportation

10. Hotel confirmation while traveling in Europe (on the hotel letterhead / GTA Booking).

11. ORIGINAL travel insurance valid in Europe and sum assured of USD 50,000 or EURO 30,000 ( ≤ 15 Days Cover 30 Days) ( ≥ 15 Days Cover 45 Days) Cover Covid-19

12. For applicants who are less than 18 years old, a notarized power of attorney from both parents is required, if traveling alone or one of the fathers/mothers who does not accompany them, also collects a photocopy of the applicant’s underage birth certificate and photocopy of identity card, KTP and passport of parents

Note: The name on the Birth Certificate / KTP / KK / Passport must be the same (may not be different) and the original Birth Certificate must be brought at the time of biometrics

– Letter of invitation from the inviting company

– Letter of invitation from the invitee
